SPC has been more than just a school; it has been a stepping stone to personal growth. Here, I have significantly improved my English, found amazing friends, and gained invaluable life experiences.

One of the most incredible things about studying here has been the opportunity to meet beautiful people from all around the world. Through them, I have learned so much about different cultures, lifestyles, and perspectives. It has been an eye-opening experience that has made me more understanding and open-minded.

More than just learning a language, I have learned how language brings people together.

Hi Everyone! My name is Tim, I’m from Taiwan.

At first, I want to thank my lovely teacher Louise. She always teaches me very patiently, she is my lovely teacher.

I also want to thank all the staff. At my first day, I saw every staff smiling at me even though I had so many questions. They always solve my problems. A special thank you to Lucas, Jimmy, and Peggie.

Now I’m really happy graduating, thank you also for holding so many school activities. I had a nickname “SPC Activity King” because I joined every single activity. I really enjoyed it.

One of the most important things to me is that after I came here, I met many friends from Taiwan, Japan, Chile, Lithuania, Germany, and Korea. I really enjoyed getting along with you all. When I traveled to Brisbane, I could meet many SPC students there. This is very incredible because now, I have friends all around the world. I might travel to Europe or Japan or Korea one day and I can meet them there.

Thank you, everyone. I don’t want to stop my life here in Australia. I love SPC, I love Cairns, and I love everyone.

When I was in Japan before coming here, I was thinking which I should go “Perth or Cairns”.

But the voice of my heart told me, you should go to Cairns, so I came here.

I was right to believe the voice in my heart because I was able to meet everyone and make many friends. I’m happy.

My SPC friends are all crazy and funny, but I know everyone has a very warm heart. I love everyone, including my graduating friends and new students. I love the volleyball members, you guys are special people to me. Thank you for meeting me. I’m a little sad to say goodbye, but I’m not sad because everyone is under the same sky. Thank you very, very, very much!

It was really a very special experience for me, visiting Australia was my childhood dream and now I see that it wasn’t just tourism, but also a personal discovery about vulnerability. Sometimes, we stop doing the things we want out of fear, but then we stop moving our lives.

I believe that the happiest people in the world are those who are not afraid to leave their comfort zones and show themselves vulnerable in the face of new experiences. This isn’t easy, I know, but you’ll know after you try that it’s so worth it to enjoy life the way you want.

Now, after two months in Cairns, I know that I can do anything I want and I don’t need to be afraid of failing, things come and go, except the knowledge we can obtain, the only barriers These are the ones we impose ourselves. Thank you SPC!

This is one of the most difficult moment I’ve ever had since I came here. Saying goodbye is always tough.

First of all, I’d like to thanks the teachers, thank you for your great efforts. Also, I’d like to thank all my lovely classmates and friends, because of you, my life in Cairns becomes easier.

You know, Cairns is the first city I live in Australia. I’d imagined hundreds of times how life could be before I came here in Australia.I feel so lucky that I love the way of lives here.

Life is not easy, but the difference is in getting ahead and getting the positive out of what happens to one. There are many things we take for granted until we don’t have it.

I have not only learned English in this school but also life lessons. Every Friday new students come and others finish their time at school. It’s the same in life, people come and go. Everyone that’s been in your life has been there for a reason, to teach you something. Some people stay and other leave. I want to thank those who took the time to share with me.

Life is a constant change where nothing repeat again and one has to be prepared to face the challenges correctly.

There is a world of possibilities that is waiting for us, just enjoy the trip that is once in a lifetime.
